Provision Interactive Discusses Major Partnerships and Contracts for Its 3D Holographic Technology

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Apr 20, 2010 -- Curt Thornton, President and CEO of Provision Interactive (OTCBB: PVHO) discusses some important company updates and developments in a recent interview with TheMarketFinancial.com, the news portal which covers Wall Street's financial sector and delivers financial and investment intelligence to a community of highly informed investors.

Among the contracts, updates, and developments:

-- According to the recently released Form 8-K, there is an agreement with
Circle K stores to place Provision 3D displays at approximately 500
stores
-- Company is readying to launch its first 25 3DEO Rewards Centers into the
LA market during Q2
-- Obtaining term sheet for unfunded commitments for financing of up to $5
million, details to be followed upon completion
-- Readying an announcement of a major contract with a media agency based
in NYC, will assist Provision in selling the advertising across the
Hispanic Grocery Network being launched in the LA area

Expo and Self Service Expo in Las Vegas during April 19th - 23rd
-- President and CEO, Curt Thornton, will be speaking at the upcoming Intel
Capital Conference to be held at the Intel corporate headquarters

"While the end of 2008 and 2009 has been a difficult time for our company and the entire industry, we are very excited about 2010 and the future of Provision. The management team has been diligent moving key retailers and advertisers to the next step. Having recently released the Form 8-K with good news on one new contract, we're readying the deployment of 25 3DEO Rewards Centers in the Los Angeles market this quarter. As such, we're expanding our advertising sales efforts for these two 3D networks, while concurrently in serious discussions with several ad sales partners looking at Provision's larger pending roll outs." said President & CEO, Curt Thornton.

"We see the future to be very exciting and positive as retailers and advertisers continue to look for unique solutions that provide a fun interactive experience for the consumer, which results in a positive ROI for everyone. While the Company has been an evangelist for 3D since its inception, we're extremely grateful to be in the position we're in. Thanks to the tremendous success of Avatar and the consumer launch of 3D TV screens (with glasses) at January's Consumer Electronics Show, our vision of the future is becoming clear to those standing on the sidelines. We've been patient and perseverant, but we believe the tipping point is fast approaching. There is a lot of hard work to do, and we'll not be an overnight get-rich-quick company. We'll continue to lay the solid foundation that we can grow the Company for a very long time."
