ModernTech Mechanical Application Engineers Receive SolidWorks Elite AE Award

Knoxville, TN (November 2, 2009) – ModernTech Mechanical announced Monday that applications engineers, Jeremiah Davis, Tim Paris and Tom Young, were awarded the Dassault Systemes SolidWorks Corporation Elite Applications Engineer Award.

This one-time honor is awarded to application engineers who have passed a set amount of certification examinations outlined by the Elite AE Program. A recommendation by a SolidWorks Technical Manager must also be received in order to gain eligibility. The award additionally recognizes success in making a difference within the SolidWorks’ user communities, including participation in local user groups and special events.

The certifications considered for award eligibility in 2009 include the following: CSWP version 1 or CSWP version2 (Core) only, CSWST 2009, CSWI, CSPST 2009, CSAST 2009, CFSST 2009, CFSST 2009, CSWSI, CWPDM any year, CSPDM any year, CPDMP any year and C3DCP 2009.
