Lancaster, Pennsylvania (October 1, 2008) – Preservation Pennsylvania, a private non-profit, membership organization dedicated to the protection of historically and architecturally significant properties awarded the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Bureau of Design’s Project Keystone team the “Initiative Award for Communication” ( http://www.preservationpa.org/programs/awards/index.php).
