In summary, the list and quality of the user testimonials was impressive and undoubtedly this system works well for the US Virgin Islands. As an example of starting from scratch to develop an enterprise-level system, this application goes a long way in illustrating what can be accomplished, even with limited funding. This is a system for the people, built with the public in mind, and credit must be given where it is due to the level of detail the system provides. It is impressive, to say the least, to see what the U.S. Virgin Islands was able to accomplish and as such their GIS platform is truly exemplary.
The accomplishments will be recognized during GIS-Pro 2021. In addition, each system may be highlighted in an upcoming "Excellence in GIS" URISA webinar series.
