Mooreland Partners Advises Conject On Its Sale To Aconex

Combination to form global leader in cloud-based collaboration and cost management software for the construction industry

LONDON, March 18, 2016 — (PRNewswire) —  Mooreland Partners ( www.moorelandpartners.com) the leading independent investment bank providing M&A and private capital advisory services to the global technology industry, today announced that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Conject on its sale to Aconex for €65 million net of cash acquired. The transaction is expected to close on 1 April 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
