Toshiba Launches 40V Power MOSFET "U-MOS IX-H" Series

TOKYO — (BUSINESS WIRE) — November 4, 2014Toshiba Corporation’s (TOKYO:6502) Semiconductor & Storage Products Company today announced the launch of the 40V power MOSFET “U-MOS IX-H” series. The new series reduces the ON-resistance by 76% compared to Toshiba’s conventional U-MOS VI-H series, achieving top-class low ON-resistance in the industry[1]. It has also reduced the increase of Qoss[2] for better efficiency in switching-mode power supplies. Shipment starts from today.
