(SE Solutions) announced today its expansion in homeland security strategic and mission-specific services with the addition of Mr. Eric Hagopian as Technical Director for Data Analytics. Mr. Hagopian will leverage his data analytics and Agile development expertise to tailor solutions across SE Solutions’ cyber, technology, and management consulting services. He will be responsible for developing innovative, analytic-based solutions to help increase the effectiveness of front-line operators who require sophisticated approaches to solve challenging problems, such as cyber threat intelligence, illicit trade and travel, and insider threat detection. These open source analytics-based solutions will be used to support SE Solutions’ customers in making more informed and actionable data-based decisions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Prior to joining SE Solutions, Mr. Hagopian spent five years as a Federal Program Manager at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), leading, managing and tasking agile development teams for enterprise systems and enterprise analytic applications. During this time, and through the Analytics program he managed, Mr. Hagopian helped actualize almost $30 million in cost savings across the ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) IT portfolio.
