Located between the shores of Lake Constance and Chur Street in Rorschach, Switzerland, this multifunctional building is home to the Würth Group, a world-leading manufacturer of assembly materials. The newly designed building totals 32,200 square meters and functions as an administration, training, and workout center, which includes offices, meeting rooms, and a congress hall with a lake view and café, which is open to the public. The outer layer of the building’s glass façade is composed of triple laminated safety glass with aluminum-threaded fabric that reflects the colors of the surrounding sky and the nearby lake. In addition, energy from the lake is used to heat and cool the building.
