Des Plaines, IL (October 28,2011) – Registration for Part Two of the URISA Connect Asset Management Series is now open. The webinar, Asset Management Data Collection, will be presented on Tuesday, November 15 at 1 PM ET/ 10 AM PT. Presenters Jason Amadori, GISP and Allen Ibaugh, AICP, GISP will give a brief presentation and will be available to answer questions.  

Technological advances in Asset Management have proliferated over the past 5 years.  New techniques including mobile and aerial platforms, automated processes, LIDAR collection, and hardware/software advancements have led to increased efficiencies to support on-going asset data collection.  This webinar will discuss both traditional (survey, windshield assessments, etc.) and modern (LIDAR, mobile, etc.) collection strategies that may fit the needs of many organizations.
