BANGALORE, India (March 2, 2011) – The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia awarded a Digital Mapping Project, covering five areas, Abha-Alkhamis, Al Dammam-Al Ahsa, Makkah-Jiddah-Taif, Al Madinah Al Monowarah-Tabuk and Al Qassim-Hael-Hafralbatin, to a consortium of two companies - Alfa, a company based in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia and Genesys International Corporation Limited ( www.igenesys.com), with its Headquarters in Mumbai. Genesys is executing Digital Orthophoto Processing, Cartographic Map Production and Project Management. Alfa, the lead partner, is carrying out Aerial Triangulation for the Project areas and providing local logistic support for the Genesys on-site mapping teams.
