Dassault Falcon to Provide On-Site Support at the World Economic Forum

SAINT-CLOUD, France, January 26, 2011 — (PRNewswire) — Dassault has positioned a dedicated team at the Zurich Airport to ensure the highest level of customer support for Falcon operators attending the World Economic Forum, which will begin its annual meeting January 26 and runs through January 30. The forum, held in Davos, Switzerland, brings together business, political, intellectual and other leaders to debate global issues. The event features a high number of world leaders which will lead to an influx of approximately 350 business jets, including over 60 Falcons.

The Falcon team dispatched on-site will be supported by the three Falcon Authorized Service Centers in Switzerland which are certified to perform maintenance on all Falcon models. In addition, spare parts from Dassault's Paris-Le Bourget worldwide distribution center can be delivered within three hours.

Dassault Falcon will also provide support for other world events this year such as the Super Bowl XLV in Dallas, Texas as well as the Daytona 500 in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Dassault's personnel are positioned at these events to provide any necessary troubleshooting assistance, and will coordinate closely with local Authorized Service Centers and the nearest parts warehouse to minimize any delays in return to service should an AOG situation arise.
