MSC.Software and LifeModeler Sign Technology Partnership

SANTA ANA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 10, 2010 -- MSC.Software, the leader in multidiscipline simulation solutions that accelerate product innovation, today announced an important new step in its partnership with LifeModeler, Inc. to fully integrate MSC's Adams software into LifeMOD human modeling and simulation software solutions.

According to a new agreement recently entered into by both companies, the Adams software will be directly embedded into the existing LifeMOD commercial product, and will facilitate the introduction of new LifeMOD products targeted for the academic research and student communities. By integrating MSC Adams software into LifeMOD, biomechanical engineers and scientists will be able to create accurate virtual human models and enable repetitive and rapid testing of medical device designs while minimizing risk, time, and cost from new product development ( http://lifemodeler.com/products/lifemod).
