Mr. Fleming specializes in corporate governance, having held key positions in Canada ’s financial sector. He has served as President of the Toronto Stock Exchange, President of National Trust and Executive Vice President of the Bank of Nova Scotia. Mr. Fleming recently retired as Vice Chair of the Export Development Corp.
