CebaTech Hires Joe Rash as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

EATONTOWN, N.J. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — June 17, 2009 CebaTech Inc., an innovative intellectual property (IP) provider, has announced that Joe Rash has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Mr. Rash will report directly to the CEO, Ramana Jampala and will be responsible for strengthening CebaTech’s growing customer base, while increasing the company’s position in the storage, storage area network (SAN), and networking applications markets.

“Joe’s experience in developing and bringing to market complex semiconductor and software products addressing the needs of the data communications and enterprise storage market segments will help us continue to expand our market,” commented Ramana Jampala, CEO of CebaTech. “His focus on customer service combined with strong management and product marketing skills will be invaluable to our customers and the CebaTech team.”

Mr. Rash was most recently a Senior Business Development Executive for Qimonda Corporation’s Networking and Storage Memory product line where he helped launch a new product line focused on meeting the needs of the networking and storage industries. He began his career at IBM Corporation where he developed ASICs, firmware for communication co-processor adapter cards and ATM switches and routers. Mr. Rash has held the position of Design Manager at Nortel Networks and Director of Engineering at Applied Micro Circuits Corporation.

Mr. Rash is the co-author of seven chip design and data networking patents and serves on the Industry Advisory Board of North Carolina State University’s college of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
