ECONOLITE Selects ISC's MapDotNet to power Traffic Management Solution

Centracs ™ provides real time status and control of traffic control devices

Tallahassee, FL ( Vocus/ PRWEB ) April 2, 2009 -- ISC announces that ECONOLITE, a leading transportation solution provider and manufacturer of advanced traffic controllers, has integrated MapDotNet UX into their latest offering. Centracs™ is Econolite's newest Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS) software, providing a centralized integrated platform for traffic signal control, ITS field device monitoring and control, information management, graphical data display, and additional features.

Centracs uses Microsoft Windows Presentation Framework (WPF) technology to provide a rich and highly interactive user interface. The MapDotNet UX Rich Interactive Map (RIM) control for WPF operates within the same framework.
