Spatial Networks Announces Acquisition of Tampa Technology Firm TrekServ, LLC

CLEARWATER, Fla., Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Spatial Networks, a privately held Clearwater-based global technology firm delivering proprietary geospatial applications across the world, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Tampa-based TrekServ, LLC, a privately held global tracking technology firm. The two companies have enjoyed a strategic partnership over the past years. Details of the agreement were not made public.
