Dexter + Chaney Promotes Long-Time Employees Westberg, Neel To Vice President

SEATTLE, May 21, 2008: Dexter + Chaney ( www.dexterchaney.com), developer of Spectrum(TM) Construction Software used by construction companies throughout the United States, has promoted Curt Westberg to vice president of sales and Bill Neel to vice president of development. Westberg, who joined the company in 1994, had been national sales manager. Neel, a Dexter + Chaney employee since 1992, previously was development manager.

The promotions recognize the growth of the company’s sales and development departments. The firm’s record 2007 revenues were 24 percent higher than its previous record set in 2006. Dexter + Chaney is on pace to establish a new revenue mark in 2008. This year, the company will double its office space when it opens a second, 12,000-square foot office building adjacent to the existing building that the company purchased in 1999.

“Curt and Bill have been instrumental in our growth over the years,” said John Chaney, company co-founder and president. “Their promotions recognize their past efforts, and position them as leaders of our future sales and product development activities. I’m confident that they’ll provide new energy, ideas and leadership to help fuel the company’s future growth.”

Westberg and Neel have also become part owners of the company. They join Chaney, co-founder Mark Dexter, vice president of marketing Brad Mathews and vice president/chief operating officer John Ulacia on the Dexter + Chaney ownership team.
