Autodesk Opens Submissions for 2022 Flame Award

Nominations for Outstanding Work Created in the Last 12 Months Are Being Accepted Through March 15

Autodesk is now accepting nominations for the 2022 Flame Award. Established to recognize Flame aficionados, rising stars, and VFX virtuosos, the annual award honors artists that have created standout work using Flame. Submissions are open now until  Tuesday, March 15, 2022  at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Submitted work must have been produced using Flame from March 15, 2021 onwards, and multiple nominations are encouraged. Upon an initial round of judging, shortlisted nominations will be voted on by the Flame community, with the top selections moving on to evaluation by a panel of judges comprising previous winners and Autodesk representatives, who will consider the nominee’s technical skill and innovation, artistic expression, and involvement in the community. The winner of the 2022 Flame Award is expected to be announced in April 2022.
