SQS provides gas service line inspection, gas leak detection, natural gas pipeline inspection, quality assurance, project management, and related consulting services for natural gas and electric utilities. SQS, based in Fort Washington, PA, services customers primarily in the Northeast. SQS is led by CEO Dan Wagner and COO Joel Hutwelker, both of whom will continue with the company post-close. SQS represents Magnolia River's second acquisition in twelve months.
