New High SOA MOSFET for 12V Hot Swap Applications (Graphic: Business Wire)
A high SOA is essential in server hot swap applications where the MOSFET needs to be robust to manage the high inrush current effectively. AONS32310 delivers high robustness with a 30V MOSFET in a DFN 5x6 package. The AONS32310 has a maximum Rd(son) of 1.05mΩ at an applied Gate-Source Voltage equal to 10VGS.
“High reliability is an essential metric in datacenter infrastructure. The Hot Swap MOSFET is one of the critical components that must be robust and reliable to meet server demands. AONS32310 has high SOA with low on-resistance to meet these demanding application requirements,” said Peter H. Wilson.
