In 2019 alone, over half a million people made more than 40 million reservations with FM:Systems products. Industry leaders like JLL have partnered with FM:Systems to bring innovative technologies to market and during the last year, these partners have tripled their FM:Systems revenue generation.

To help fuel and manage this rapid growth, the company has added four new executives to the leadership team. The new FM:Systems staff members are Joe Karbowski, Chief Technology Officer (CTO); Kellie Hunter, VP Global Services; Karen Styres, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Deb Hill, Senior Director of Human Resources.

These new additions will further strengthen the FM:Systems executive team and help us to continue delivering the market’s most unique and complete solution suite for facilities and real estate teams,” stated von Koch.

As CTO, Karbowski will lead the strategy and development of FM:Systems technology and products, helping the company continue to broaden and deepen its industry leading solution suite to support customers globally. Karbowski has extensive experience in leading software development, engineering and SaaS infrastructures, most recently with Asure. 

In her role as VP Global Services, Hunter will ensure maximum client benefits from successful implementations and ongoing service of FM:Systems solutions. She has over 20 years of experience leading global Professional Services and Support teams with a focus on client success. Prior to joining FM:Systems, she was global Vice President and General Manager at Asure UK and OccupEye Ltd. Hunter also sat on the Board of Directors for Calconnect, a consortium working to bring standards to calendaring and scheduling.

With her CMO position, Styres assumes responsibility of the company’s marketing strategy and will oversee demand generation, partner and customer marketing, as well as the company’s brand and communications strategy. She has successfully led marketing teams at emerging technology companies for more than 25 years, joining FM:Systems from leading low-code application development vendor, OutSystems.

Hill oversees the company’s Human Resources strategy and operations in her capacity as Sr. Director of HR. She has been a talent leader for over 15 years with focus on leading and scaling talent management for rapidly growing technology companies. Hill is known for her skills ensuring the hiring and retention of the right people while building industry-leading company cultures.
