This new series is ideal for USB Type-C Power Delivery, including but not limited to laptops and smartphones.

The new AOZ8621UNI series covers a reverse working voltage (V_RWM) range from 5V to 22V, which meets the requirement of USB Power Delivery. Required V_RWM can be selected according to the maximum operating voltage on the Type-C V_BUS pin. The AOZ8621UNI series is housed in a DFN 2x2 package and is ideally suited to fit the small footprint requirement of Type-C application small electronic devices.
