Oxford, England. June 12 2019 -- The Professional PLM Initiative will launch its Foundation Stage with a Launch Meeting split into two parts, to be held on 03 and 10 July 2019.
The first session will cover the Structure, and the second will be the Live Discussion. Together they will enable the first ever worldwide conversation about the future of professionalism in the PLM industry.
Both events will be hosted by Quick Release at their Headquarters in West Horndon, Essex. This gives a drop-in facility if you are within travelling range, but the events will be run by webex so that anyone in the world can be involved.
The meetings are planned to be of 3 hours' duration. The Structure Meeting will be held on 03 July from 14:00 - 17:00 [UK]. The Live Discussion will take place on 10 July between the same times.
This will be the first ever global discussion about the future of professionalism in the PLM industry. Participation gives you the inside track as the Initiative runs through the Foundation Stage, and a leadership role in setting the direction for the future.
Registration is now open. The Professional PLM web site has the Launch Meeting details, and a Datasheet and Registration Form; and specific details can be requested via Email Contact.
About the Professional PLM Initiative
The Professional PLM Initiative was launched in 2017 in response to the lack of professional recognition for PLM practitioners. Its current aim is for its Steering Group to be able to oversee the development of a recognised PLM Profession by the end of 2020.
