The Japanese anime and game industry have long been widely recognized across the world, and occupy a vital position in Japan's economic industries. Many government officials from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan were invited to TGS and delivered opening speeches and attended the awarding ceremony. At the show, SCRY connected with KONAMI, CAPCOM and other local big game brands, and also noticed the presence of many Japanese universities. Students from these universities brought plenty of independently designed and highly creative products to the show, clearly displaying their technological development and product innovation ability to SCRY. In the future, SCRY plans to conduct more in-depth technological cooperation with Japanese universities, and, at that time, open their underlying technologies to the university students and university labs for free.
SCRY also spoke with a Japanese company on project promotion and cooperation. The local company expressed willingness to promote SCRY City in the Japanese market and has agreed to provide support on promotion. SCRY.INFO was also willing to provide underlying technological layers to projects from Japan.
During the TGS Public Day, about 300,000 visitors visited the show. SCRY City is a sim-city built on a virtual blockchain world which follows real-world economic laws and has an innovative Avatar system built for players to create their own blockchain avatar. The fascinating game characteristics, urban facilities, and cutthroat commercial competition in SCRY City attracted the attention of many game lovers.
SCRY leaned many lessons from their trip to TGS and, in the future, hopes to welcome more cooperation partners to build the SCRY blockchain data ecosystem into something even greater.
