Schneider Electric Set to Showcase the Latest Enhancements and Capabilities in the ArcFM Solution at 2017 Esri User Conference

Jul 10, 2017 -- Schneider Electric is excited to feature the newest innovations for its leading GIS products and services at this year's Esri User Conference, enabling engagement for new and existing users in the industry.

"We want to give users the ability to impact more people within their organizations, using all the content that GIS experts collect and manage in ArcFM," says Jay Stinson, General Manager, Geospatial Division, Schneider Electric. "To achieve that, Schneider Electric has worked diligently, providing enhancements and new capabilities to the ArcFM Solution suite that will help companies make the most of today's existing technology and support a more modern architecture of the future."

New offerings and capabilities to be showcased at the 2017 Esri User Conference include the recently released ArcFM Solution 10.2.1d, enhancements to ArcFM Mobile, and new developments with the ArcFM Solution XI Series.

Schneider Electric is proud to announce the release of the ArcFM Solution, version 10.2.1d. This all-encompassing update adds enhancements to all the major products in the ArcFM Solution, including Fiber Manager, Designer, Responder, ArcFM and ArcFM Server. ArcFM 10.2.1d includes enhanced isolation tracing, new design summary tools, new outage predictions scenarios as well as enhancements that streamline customized tracing. Whether you are running gas or water, telecom or electric networks, there is something for everyone in ArcFM 10.2.1d.

ArcFM Mobile will also be showcased at the conference. This latest release, version 3.2, takes mobile GIS to a new level with offline tracing and configurable searches for increased simplicity and efficiency. Once again setting a new standard for multi-platform GIS solutions, ArcFM Mobile enables collaboration between the field and office – all while supporting scalability requirements for utilities of any size. Providing users with real-time, intuitive access to GIS data in the field, the latest release of ArcFM Mobile for Windows delivers a quick view of the data they need to increase productivity and safety with full offline support.

Continuing to make developments and provide applications that can be used today, that are also built to run on the more modern architecture of the future, Schneider Electric's ArcFM Solution XI Series helps utilities be more efficient, connected and collaborative. Included in these new developments are ArcFM Designer XI Beta 3, the final beta before public release which gives engineers and designers the control they need over the look and feel of each construction print, and the alpha program of ArcFM Editor XI, which will give select users access to new productivity tools and greater network management.

A critical bridge between technologies like ArcGIS Pro and the Utility Network, the latest updates to the ArcFM Solution XI Series enable utilities to take advantage of new applications running on existing technology to meet today's needs, while preparing for the future. Schneider Electric's products are leading the industry into the future with the ArcFM Solution XI Series.
