Chantilly, VA — June 21, 2017 — Contex, the leader of wide format scanning and imaging solutions, today announces that it will be exhibiting its latest scanning solutions at the upcoming
ESRI User Conference, July 10-14, 2017 in San Diego. Contex scanning experts Steve Blanken, Jerry Gauteraux, and Dan Bennett will be on hand to demonstrate the company’s recently launched
SD One MF and the
IQ Quattro wide format scanners. With unmatched color and dimensional accuracy, Contex scanners are used by the GIS community to vectorize hard copy maps and technical documents for archiving or reuse. Conference attendees are encouraged to bring their documents to Contex’s booth #830 to experience the scanning results first hand.
“Contex wide format scanners play an important role in transforming hard copy maps and documents for use in today’s digital world,” comments Steve Blanken, General Manager of the Americas. “They’re invaluable tools that can save a tremendous amount of time and money from recreating maps and documents from scratch, and allows users to complete their projects in record time. We invite ESRI attendees to visit our booth to see how efficiently documents can be digitized and shared for any project.”
Color and Dimensional Accuracy to be Demonstrated at ESRI
At the ESRI user conference, Contex will demonstrate the speed and accuracy of the SD One MF and IQ Quattro, which can capture documents up to 36-inches wide and unlimited length. The SD One MF is Contex’s most portable and flexible wide format scanner that turns printers into multi-function systems. Users can easily scan, copy, and markup documents, and share them via the scanner’s wireless cloud connectivity -- a market exclusive. Recently updated, SD One MF scanner now provides greater scanning speeds, processing, and editing capabilities.
ESRI attendees can also see the newly introduced IQ Quattro 3600 wide format scanner at Contex’s booth. The IQ Quattro, designed for precision and productivity, is the fastest in color than any other wide format scanner. The IQ Quattro will be demonstrated as a standalone scanner, and as a ScanStation. The ScanStation boosts the speed, power, accuracy, and productivity of the IQ Quattro. It includes a 21.5-inch touchscreen and Nextimage Repro.
