LAFOX, Ill., March 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Richardson Electronics, Ltd. (NASDAQ:RELL) announced today a new North American distribution agreement with Exxelia USA, Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of high-reliability passive components and high-precision electromechanical solutions. The agreement supports Exxelia Group’s efforts to increase market awareness and market share of its latest products and innovative technology.

Exxelia’s products are commonly used for power electronics, power generation, energy storage, and signal filtering functions in demanding domains such as Defense, Aviation, Space, Energy, Transportation, Medical, Telecom and other Industrial applications.
