Apr 20, 2016 -- How the capital projects industry will cultivate and drive economic based-productivity improvement reached a turning point at the 2016 Fiatech Technology Conference.
Over 60 subject matter experts and stakeholders pledged participation in multiple Fiatech Productivity Advancement Targets (PATs). To ensure pragmatic advancement, PATs are being led by industry Owners and EPCs.
A comprehensive set of PAT enablers, representing practices, behaviors, tools, technologies, and perspectives are now being refined to assist organizations in identifying and understanding their internal strengths and weaknesses. As PAT activities progress, a holistic solution landscape is emerging. In some cases, enablers already exist and will be refined, while in other cases, gaps will be identified and filled through Fiatech projects and initiatives.
Register to join the “Owner Driven Productivity Advancement” webinar where motivation and strategies driving the PATs will be highlighted and the PAT Work Area environment, which will be used to capture, consolidate, and mature the industry expertise needed to realize sustainable industry productivity improvement, will be introduced. This webinar will be led by Deb McNeil, Project Productivity Program Manager for The Dow Chemical Company.
