Leading Virtual Reality (VR) company, Virtalis, has announced it has formed a partnership with ComputerKomplett ASCAD.
With Virtual Reality (VR) once again the buzz phrase on everyone’s lips, ComputerKomplett ASCAD will offer Virtalis’ innovative VR software products and solutions in DACH.
Oliver Moseler, head of the PTC Business Unit within ASCAD, explained:“Thanks to Virtalis’ know-how, we will deliver integrated virtual tools that can be used at any stage of the product development process – even sales and marketing. Using VR in this way has been proven to reduce cycle times and costs, improving our clients’ competitive position in the market.”
Germany-based company, ComputerKomplett ASCAD, will integrate Virtalis VR tools within PTC Creo View and Windchill, whilst simultaneously embedding them within a client’s existing PLM business processes; thereby optimising them.
The ComputerKomplett Group operates primarily within the SME sector, via its subsidiaries SteinhilberSchwehr, ASCAD and SteinhilberSchwehr Consulting. With a turnover last year of € 57 million, it employs more than 400 employees at 13 locations and specialises in ERP, PLM and IT.
