Bentley Confidentially Submits Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for Initial Public Offering of its Class B Common Stock

EXTON, Pa. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — July 7, 2015 — Bentley Systems, Incorporated today announced that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to conduct an initial public offering of its Class B common stock. The offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes its review process of its draft registration statement.

This announcement is being made pursuant to and in accordance with Rule 135 under the Securities Act of 1933.
