MCLEAN, Va. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — May 13, 2015 — The Board of Directors for Exelis ( NYSE: XLS) has declared a cash dividend of $0.1033 per share for the second quarter of 2015. The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2015 to shareholders of record on May 22, 2015.
