The ThinkGeo Company starts playing in Spain

Apr 14, 2015 -- The Spanish company Sigtea (a company that specializes in Geographic Information Systems, Environment and Territory Consultant), has carried out an agreement with the North - American ThinkGeo company in order to put through its GIS tools in Spain.

The importance of this fact is that, for the first time, has come out a serious competitor at the current company ESRI, which has dominated the Spanish commercial GIS market from mid to late 20th century. According to Felix Gonzalez, one of Sigtea founders, "The strategy is to advertise these new tools at universities and public administrations, as well as implement these new tools in our own projects."

ThinkGeo offers high quality and relative medium - low costs for GIS tools.
