VANCOUVER, Wash., March 10, 2015 — (PRNewswire) —   Integra™, a supplier of fiber-based, carrier-grade networking, communications and technology solutions, has partnered with integrated primary care clinic provider Paladina Health to open the company's first employee health services clinic. Located at 3200 SE 164 Avenue in Vancouver, only minutes from Integra's corporate headquarters facility, the clinic will serve Integra employees and their families with primary care services tailored to supporting employee wellness through easy, timely access to care and strong relationships between employees and physicians.

The Vancouver clinic is the first location in southwest Washington and the Portland metro area for Paladina Health, which operates facilities at nearly 50 locations throughout the U.S. In the first quarter of 2015, Integra has partnered with Paladina Health to deliver employee health services at clinics in Golden Valley, Minnesota and Denver; in the first half of the year, the companies plan to offer health services at additional clinics in Salt Lake City; Renton, Washington; and Phoenix.

The Vancouver clinic will provide a full range of primary care services including preventive care, chronic condition management and family medicine, as well as urgent care services. The clinic services are integrated with Integra's employee benefits packages at no added cost to employees. The convenient location, flexible scheduling model and a staff that includes two family practice physicians and two medical assistants will help ensure fast, convenient access to health services for Integra's on-site employees, and employees will enjoy round-the-clock access to their personal physicians by phone and email.

"We are delighted to bring this innovative, employee-focused clinic to our Vancouver-area employees in partnership with Paladina Health," said Felicity O'Herron, senior vice president of human resources for Integra. "We are deeply committed to promoting the health and career satisfaction of our employees and this dedicated clinic – and those like it at other Integra locations – will be of great benefit to our employees and their families while playing a key role in our comprehensive benefits strategy."

"Paladina Health is proud to partner with Integra to expand our proven model of patient-centered healthcare," said Amit Shah, Paladina Health market leader for the western U.S. "Employers offering this kind of benefit to employees and their families – like Integra in Vancouver – are at the forefront of health benefits offerings aimed at realizing better health outcomes, increasing patient satisfaction and controlling long-term healthcare costs. We look forward to supporting Integra and its employees as we work together to roll out additional facilities in the coming months."
