Maker Culture is Booming at CHTF 2014

SHENZHEN, China, Nov. 24, 2014 — (PRNewswire) — Maker refers to a contemporary culture which stands for a technology-based extension of DIY culture; it is a non-profit group that transforms various creative ideas into reality. On November 16, a corporation agreement of the International Maker Center was signed at China Hi-Tech Fair 2014 (CHTF 2014). A large creation and entrepreneurship road show - Maker Night - held at Camellia Hall of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center on November 16, and it attracted over 600 Maker enthusiasts from all over the world to participate. Through the road show, this activity displays the project of creation and entrepreneurship such as Internet coverage, intelligent robot and 3D printing are all created by Makers within 48 hours.
