Real-time streaming applications provide extremely valuable situational analysis to data scientists and business analysts. Development of these applications, however, has been in the exclusive domain of knowledgeable technical developers, limiting their accessibility. With the release of Projects da Vinci and Michelangelo, DataTorrent places the power of real-time applications into the hands of data scientists and analysts through intuitive, easy to use and powerful visual tools.
The following projects are available in a private beta release to select enterprises:
- Project da Vinci: With da Vinci, DataTorrent RTS users no longer need expert technical knowledge to build real-time streaming applications. Da Vinci combines the ease of visual development tools with the comprehensive data analysis provided by RTS into a simple, easy-to-use web-based application builder.
- Project Michelangelo: For big data applications, true value is defined by the ability to gather key insights in real-time via a visual dashboard. With Michelangelo, data scientists now have a palate of visualization tools, allowing them to design a dashboard, in real-time, on a running application via a web-based dashboard builder.
