Firms Combine Their Efforts to Make Project Collaboration Accessible to Everyone
PASADENA, Calif. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — October 3, 2014 — Today German software provider Nemetschek® AG (ISIN 0006452907) announced it is acquiring Bluebeam® Software, Inc., the leading developer of PDF-based collaboration solutions for the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry, for a $100 million purchase price.
