Ann Johnson, Senior Software Executive, Takes Helm at Spatial IT Leader and National Security Expert Reginald Hyde Joins Board

New York, NY, Sep 24, 2014 — Continuing the expansion of its Spatial IT software business, Boundless recently named enterprise software veteran Ann Johnson as Chief Executive Officer and is pleased to announce Reginald Hyde, Executive Director of the University of Alabama Cyber Institute and Senior Advisor at The Chertoff Group, as the company’s newest board member.

Ms. Johnson recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of cloud security and compliance firm Qualys, Inc. and previously was a senior executive at RSA. She has been a well-known IT industry leader for over 25 years and is a frequent speaker on topics such as online fraud, information security, mobile security, privacy and compliance.

Reginald Hyde has decades of national security and intelligence experience, who in addition to having worked as Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (DUSDI), served in a number of senior executive posts at CIA, and helped stand up In-Q-Tel (IQT), the strategic venture arm of the Intelligence Community.  At In-Q-Tel, he focused primarily on cyber security technology as well as big data and advanced analytics. a
