ARM TechCon 2014 Selects Erica Kochi, Innovation Officer for UNICEF, as Keynote

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Aug. 12, 2014 — (PRNewswire) —  ARM TechCon, the leading conference for ARM-based embedded industry, has announced that Erica Kochi, one of Time Magazine's 100 "World's Most Influential People" and co-founder of UNICEF's Innovation Unit, will provide the keynote address for Friday morning, October 3, at the Santa Clara Convention Center.

A world-famous technology innovator, Kochi co-founded and co-leads UNICEF's Innovation Unit and is the senior innovation advisor to UNICEF's executive director. Kochi's keynote will address how raising awareness that "deploying cell phones into undeveloped countries isn't enough," and that there are truly innovative supporting technologies and infrastructure needed.
