OpenLM Releases a New Tool - License File Parser

May 26th, 2014 — OpenLM is proud to announce the release of a new free public tool to simplify the licensing scheme provided by your license vendor. The new tool currently supports license-file parsing of FLEXera FLEXnet publisher (FLEXlm) and OpenLM.

FlexLM is a prominent license management tool, serving major software applications such as MATLAB, Autodesk, Schlumberger, Ansys etc.

Other types of license server parsing will be added soon.

The OpenLM License File Parser grants license administrators the opportunity to parse their license files into a clear and accurate table consisting of the following information:

  • Current amount of licenses.
  • Features and packages
  • Licenses that are about to expire.

This interface is available to all OpenLM users at http://www.alllicenseparser.com/
