Bray has over 25 years of business to business strategic sales expertise within the real estate information industry.

As a real estate and homebuilding industry expert, Bray has been a featured speaker at industry events and been quoted in publications including the Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal and various trade publications and business journals. In addition, Bray is an active member of both the Building Industry Association (BIA) and the California Apartment Association (CAA).
