Richmond, VA. – April 29, 2014 -- Timmons Group was chosen by the Otay Water District (OWD) to implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System utilizing Azteca Cityworks® software.

In 1956, OWD was created by a group of private citizens who were concerned with the declining quality and quantity of water in their areas. OWD is located in California and is a recycled water source to over 211,000 citizens in the communities of Spring Valley, La Presa, Rancho San Diego, Jamul, eastern Chula Vista, and eastern Otay Mesa.

Timmons Group was selected to replace the District’s current solution with a modern GIS-based technology utilizing Azteca Cityworks® Server integrated with Tyler Technologies Eden Financial System. Upon completion of the integration services, Timmons Group will provide on-site training for staff.
