Ransen Software Announces DXFtoHTML Version 2

Ransen Software has released DXFtoHTML, a Windows program that makes it quick and effortless to move 2D DXF files onto the web. It is especially useful for creating floor plans of multistorey buildings like offices, shopping malls, and factories.

Links can be quickly be made from one DXF floorplan to another. The web pages can be used "as is" or their contents incorporated into larger company web sites. DXFtoHTML can accelerate a company's entrance into the MALT micromapping world. MALT stands for Micromapping Advertising, Location/id and Transaction.

MALT is designed for guiding employees, customers and shoppers with smartphones by using interactive maps in (for example) a shopping mall. Most companies have DXF or DWG floorplans of their premises, so the precise detailed graphical data already exists.

Until the release of DXFtoHTML, however, there was no easy direct way to take this original data and create WEB pages from it. DXF files are easily created from DWG files using AutoCAD's Save As command, and these DXF files are used as the basis of the WEB pages created by DXFtoHTML. DXFtoHTML does not use obscure or unstable technologies, but simple reliable methods which means that you can view the maps created on smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

It works on Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, Macs) as well as Windows and Android systems. You can try a free demo by downloading from this site: http://www.dxftohtml.com A one month subscription costs US$99, and a year's subscription costs US$299.
