WHO:
Venkat Iyer, chief technology officer (CTO) at
Uniquify, a leading high-performance semiconductor intellectual property (IP) and system-on-chip (SoC) design, integration and manufacturing services supplier
WHAT:
Will present, "Managing Manufacturing Test in Large Mixed Signal application specific ICs (ASICs) with RC and Encounter Test," during CDN Live Silicon Valley, the Cadence Design Systems User Conference
WHEN:
Wednesday, March 12, from 4:10 p.m. until 4:50 p.m.
WHERE:
Santa Clara Convention Center, Santa Clara, Calif.
Iyer's presentation will describe a way to manage test in large mixed-signal ASICs by creating an SoC-level strategy to test different mixed-signal IP that support different design for test (DFT) methodologies. He will offer a looks at a novel DFT architecture that leverages hierarchical scan compression structures to partition a design with programmable on-production clock-generation (OPCG) macros for multiple clock domains to enable skew-safe at-speed patterns.
