RESTON, Va. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — February 18, 2014 — PIXIA Corp., the industry leader in high-performance scalable large data access solutions, today announced Mark Sarojak as their new Vice President of Sales, Western US and APAC. In this role, he will be responsible for expanding PIXIA's direct and indirect sales channels in these expanding markets.
Sarojak brings more than 20 years of product innovation and sales & marketing experience in geospatial and biomedical imaging markets to PIXIA. Most recently serving as Executive Vice President at LP3 (formerly Lightspeed Technologies), he led the commercial expansion of the company’s sales and marketing operations in the cybersecurity industry. Prior to his role at LP3, Sarojak served as Director of Global Sales & Marketing for the Geospatial eXploitation Products (GXP) group at BAE Systems, as well as in a variety of senior sales, marketing and engineering roles at companies like Lockheed Martin, WebVision, and the Rocky Mountain Musculoskeletal Research Laboratory.
He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Wake Forest University and a M.S. in Engineering Systems, with an emphasis in biomedical photogrammetry, from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a former Army National Guard and Army Reserve officer, and he currently serves on the board of directors for the Always Positive® Foundation.
