DALLAS, Jan. 30, 2014 — (PRNewswire) —  Halff Associates, a leader in engineering, architecture, and environmental services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of TriTex Technologies, Inc., a Dallas-based oil and gas engineering design firm.  This acquisition will result in the formation of Halff Tritex, LLC, and will add 20 employees to strengthen and expand Halff's oil and gas industry capabilities.
