November 13, 2013 - McLean, Va. … IMTS – The International Manufacturing Technology Show and conference administrator GIE Media announce that the Call for Speakers is open for the IMTS 2014 Conference being held from Sept. 8‐11, 2014. IMTS runs Sept. 8-13, 2014 at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
The four day IMTS 2014 Conference runs Sept. 8-11 and is slated to include 69 sessions that explore process innovations, alternative manufacturing, plant operations, quality, and systems integration. A complete list of conference presentation topics and speaker proposal submission procedure is available at IMTS.com.
“Our objective for the IMTS 2014 conference program is to build on the success of the IMTS 2012 conference. Focusing on five topic tracts featuring a wide variety of industry specific sessions, we are seeking presentations that will provide solutions to current manufacturing problems such as improving productivity; improving part quality; and developing a stable, competent workforce to lower the cost of manufacturing in the United States and create new levels of market demand,” said John Krisko, IMTS Director – Exhibitions.
