Video Press Release: IMTSTV iSpy - Imagination Takes Flight at SparkTruck DC

October 14, 2014

IMTSTV brings another behind the scenes look at the coolest, innovative events in manufacturing today. iSpy's Jake Ervin takes a trip to the FabLab in downtown Washington DC and hangs out with Stanford Design School Masters program students and their out of this world SparkTruck. Aimed at sparking children's imagination and getting them excited to make stuff with their hands, the SparkTruck makes a stop in the nation's capital on its cross country adventure.

A group of lucky, young DC students were led in activities from mashing up their two favorite animals and then building them, to constructing some of the cool Lego creatures. For most of these youngsters, it was their first experience seeing a laser cutter or a 3D printer, their brains were being expanded before IMTSTV’s very eyes.
