Wind River President Ken Klein Resigns

Company Announces Successor for Next Phase of Growth

ALAMEDA, Calif. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — October 10, 2013Wind River®, a world leader in embedded software for intelligent connected systems, today announced that Ken Klein has resigned as the company’s president, effective immediately. The company also announced that its Board of Directors has appointed chief operating officer (COO) Barry Mainz as his successor as president. Mr. Klein will continue as a non-employee member of the Board.

In this role, he rapidly grew the company's corporate sales function and led investments that now contribute to an award-winning customer-centric organization.
