North Carolina, September 2013:  Mobile311, LLC was recently honored by Cityworks with the title of Strategic Development Partner.  Mobile311 is a GIS-based, downloadable App that lets users take work orders, service requests and inspections out in the field on mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones.  This addition of Mobile311 software allows an instantaneous flow of information from the field to the office.

Cities such as Kannapolis and Concord, NC have utilized Mobile311 as a mobile enhancement to the Cityworks platform.  Field employees can access and update information without cumbersome laptops or complicated screens, and automated vehicle location (AVL) is built-in. 

Mobile311, LLC is currently sponsoring a series of Cityworks Regional User Group meetings.  These gatherings will provide an opportunity to demonstrate the current technology and possible uses.
