CHICAGO — (BUSINESS WIRE) — June 5, 2013 — IRCE 2013 - Ortery Technologies announced the release of its 3D MultiArm Series for efficiently capturing, processing and composing web-ready 3D product views in just minutes.

Each 3D MultiArm consists of a patented multi-camera positioning system that when combined with a PhotoBench or PhotoCapture 360 turntable product from Ortery Technologies unlocks specific software for automating the entire image capture and stitching process. The 3D MultiArm Series utilizes up to 5 Canon DSLR cameras connected to the computer and positioned along a perfect arch to ensure image capture at precise angles between 0 and 90-degrees. The software synchronizes simultaneous picture taking with turntable movement to automate 3D hemispherical image capture. A hemispherical animation containing one hundred and twenty frames or unique product views can be captured in less than 3 minutes. To create full-spherical product views, simply flip the product and repeat the process.
Immediately after image capture, images are available for viewing, batch editing and composing into a 3D product view. Created HTML5 product views can be displayed on any computer or mobile device.

Compatible with Windows XP, and Vista 7 and 8 operating systems, 3D MultiArm systems are currently available in three sizes.
